Many of our products are custom made so to maintain the quality of our brand, all sales are final.

CANCELLATIONS
We reserve the right to refund and cancel any orders, for any reason. If an order is cancelled at a customers request, there is a service fee.

CUSTOMIZED WIG DISCLAIMER
Wigs that are customized may arrive with small imperfections. This includes color variance, lace plucking, etc. The customer is responsible for analyzing the customization details before purchasing the wig. In the event that you are not satisfied with our customizations, all sales are final.
