We have created an intimate shopping experience to ensure that you make the best investment with our products. For this reason, we encourage you to read over our product descriptions and contact us with any questions before making your purchase. Many of our products are custom made so to maintain the quality of our brand, all sales are final.

Payments must be processed and cleared, before production begins.

Tracking information will be emailed to you on your completion date. Refer to our order guide or the specific product for more information on the shipping policy.  

Errors in completing your order with your accurate address may result in delayed shipping. We assume no responsibility for these occurrences.

Signature confirmation with a valid, government-issued ID is required. You may send us an email if you wish to have the package left without requiring a signature. 

We reserve the right to refund and cancel any orders, for any reason. After placing an order, we are unable to issue any refunds or credits. 

Unless measured by a member of Gravity, custom units are created based on the measurements and information that you provide. If it is determined that the information provided was inaccurate, we will assume no responsibility.

Educational resources will accompany your unit. It is important to follow these recommendations to protect your investment. Professional installation is required. Practices that are not recommended by Gravity Hair Extensions can damage and reduce the quality of your unit. We accept no responsibility for these occurrences.

Our full-priced units include a limited warranty. If the any of our units experience damage (issues related to wefts, wig combs, and elastic bands, etc.), we will gladly repair the unit. The unit will be restored to its original condition. Additional styling or alterations will not be made to units that are repaired under the warranty. Damages to the lace piece are not covered under this warranty. 

We reserve the right to inspect and refuse repairs that we find to be a result of negligence and improper handling.

In the event that you use redeem your warranty within the first 30 days of purchase, your complimentary maintenance service will be forfeited. 

Lace pieces may be eligible for replacement at an additional cost. Client is responsible for all shipping costs.


Our full-priced units include (1) complimentary maintenance service, within the first (6) months of purchase. Complimentary maintenance includes a cleanse and hydration treatment. Wefts will be inspected and repaired. 

Lace pieces are subject to inspection before receiving the complimentary maintenance service. If it is determined that that the unit requires substantial repairs, the unit will not be eligible for our complimentary maintenance service. 

Lace pieces may be eligible for replacement at an additional cost. Client is responsible for all shipping costs.
