WIG MEASUREMENTS
Custom units are created based on the information provided. If you need assistance measuring your head, please contact us. A "reconstruction fee" may be applied to wigs that need to be remade as a result of improper measurements.

Professional maintenance is recommended for our luxury extensions. For the best results, we recommend using booking a slot for our 'Wig Laundry' service.
SHIPPING
Orders are typically processed and completed between 10-14 business days (often times sooner). Product descriptions may list specific shipping times for some products.Shipping can range from 3-7 business days. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Expedited service may be available at an additional rate.
CUSTOMIZED WIG DISCLAIMER
Wigs that are customized may arrive with small imperfections. This includes color variance, lace plucking, etc. The customer is responsible for analyzing the customization details before purchasing the wig. In the event that you are not satisfied with our customizations, all sales are final.
